Do you have a student/teacher discount?
Instead of having a discount specifically for teachers or students, we have a frequent buyers program that is open to everyone. Our Creative License Program is free to join and allows 10% off qualifying items in our supplies department. Additionally, coupons—with a value based upon a customer’s previous purchases—are mailed annually to customers for use on any purchase at Riverside Art.
Can you special order items?
We are happy to special order any item that is either out of stock or not normally maintained in our inventory. Turnaround times vary depending on the item and vendor.
Do you carry sets of supplies that will get me started in a new medium?
We do have some sets available in various media. However, our large selection of materials combined with our years of experience allows us to create a more customized set for any media.
